Who was to blame for the Cold War?

This Article comes from a post-revisionist view, it explains that both the two superpowers; the USA and the USSR were responsible for the development of the cold war. It explains that the primary cause of the cold war was because both the two superpowers had  conflicting bilateral ideologies. This article also explains the impact of their different ideologies and the idea that because these two superpower powers wanted to takeover Europe, they would eventually clash because communism and capitalism have different aspects on how the world should be organised. For example, the communism believe in state ownership of industries. Whereas, Capitalism is the whole idea that individuals should have private ownership of industries. These two policies already conflict each other and causes extreme tension in the division of Europe!
